Ambition is working with a well-established and growing accountancy firm in Guildford that's looking to welcome an Audit Assistant Manager to its growing and forward-thinking team. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion
- Build strong client relationships and deliver high-quality service
- Support and mentor team members to help them grow
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency
What We're Looking For: We welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds and identities. The ideal candidate will bring:
- ACA, ACCA, ICAS or equivalent qualified
- At least 2 years experience in audit within a UK accountancy firm
- Extensive exposure to UK GAAP
- Exposure to IFRS would be beneficial
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Right to work as sponsorship cannot be provided for this role
