- Lead system upgrades and assess new product offerings.
- Deliver system training and manage user access/security.
- Support month-end close and manage exchange rate updates.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Generate complex reports (SQL, SSRS) and maintain the firm's reporting suite.
- Compile historical financial data to inform strategic pricing decisions.
- Develop standardised and ad-hoc reports at partner, matter, and client levels.
- Monitor time-recording compliance and contribute to BI dashboard development.
Additional Contributions:
- Provide backup support across the finance team.
- Engage in firm-wide projects and contribute to broader legal finance initiatives.
What We're Looking For:

- Strong knowledge of Aderant Practice Management Systems is a MUST.
- Advanced analytical and Excel skills.
- Experience in multi-currency and international environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with sound judgment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a time-sensitive setting.
- Commitment to fiscal integrity and confidentiality.
