This role needs to start in July and has come about because the present incumbent is moving to a different role within the same firm.
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the data integrity of the firm.
- Responsibility for the development of a bespoke, niche CRM system, based on standard CRM principles.
- Training of staff on CRM system.
- Running and managing reporting.
- Responsibility for email marketing.
- Responsibility for the strategy of the systems and CRM & marketing tools.
This individual needs to add value and consider and manage the CRM strategy of the firm, so would suit a junior manager level person, not somebody with just 1-2 years of experience. Experience in a law firm and/or professional services is essential.
