Job Description Location: Coventry (Hybrid/Flexible)Salary: Dependent on experience Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time About the RoleA well-established specialist restructuring and insolvency practice is seeking an Insolvency Administrator to support the delivery of corporate insolvency and restructuring assignments. The role offers exposure to a varied portfolio of cases and opportunities for professional development. Key Responsibilities Assist with the administration of insolvency cases, including: Creditors' Voluntary Liquidations (CVLs) Members' Voluntary Liquidations (MVLs) Compulsory Liquidations Administrations Company Voluntary Arrangements (CVAs) Prepare statutory documents and case reports. Monitor case progress and ensure compliance with statutory deadlines. Maintain case files and update insolvency case management systems. Liaise with directors, creditors, solicitors, and other stakeholders. Support asset realisation and recovery activities. Conduct AML/KYC checks and assist with engagement documentation. Work closely with senior staff on case strategy and progression. Requirements Previous experience in corporate insolvency or restructuring. Strong organisational and administrative skills. Good written and verbal communication abilities. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines. Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
