Responsibilities and Duties Experience of all aspects of corporate and business tax within a professional services environment is essential. Production and review of Corporation Tax Returns. Exposure to advisory work such as remuneration planning and profit extraction, corporate group restructuring, cross border issues e.g. Transfer Pricing, and tax due diligence.
