I am working with a leading law firm to recruit a Business Development Manager for their ESG and Sustainability practice on a 12-month fixed term contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation of client pitches, panel proposals, and credentials statements.
- Manage and update ESG and sustainability-related marketing collateral.
- Coordinate BD activities for the global team from London.
- Collaborate with team members on client pitches, events, and marketing collateral.
- Create directory and award submissions to enhance market presence.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of BD tools and track deal information.
- Lead and manage client events and conference sponsorships.
- Track market, client, and competitor trends to inform ESG strategy.
- Develop multi-channel campaigns and client targeting initiatives.
- Facilitate internal knowledge sharing among key stakeholders.
Skills and Experience:
- Relevant business development and marketing experience at a BD Manager level within professional services.
- Some knowledge of ESG/sustainability preferred or willingness to develop an understanding.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
