For Companies A leading accountancy practice in Hertfordshire is seeking an Audit Partner or Director to join its external audit function. Experienced Senior Managers with the capability to obtain RI status will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the external audit offering for a diverse client portfolio (SMEs and larger corporates).
- Ensure audit quality and compliance with UK standards.
- Drive efficiency and innovation in audit processes.
- Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development.
- Play a strategic role in shaping the future of the audit team.
What We're Looking For
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
- RI status or ability to obtain RI quickly.
- Strong leadership and team management experience.
- Commercial mindset with proven ability to win and retain clients.
