We're partnering with a growing, family-run accountancy firm to recruit their first dedicated Business Development Executive.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially-minded sales professional who enjoys building relationships, converting opportunities and helping a business grow.

Working directly alongside the founders, you'll take ownership of inbound enquiries, develop new client relationships and help build a structured business development function. This isn't just another sales role; you'll have the opportunity to shape processes, influence strategy and play a key role in the firm's future growth.

We're looking for:

Experience selling services to SME or owner-managed business clients
A strong track record in business development, sales or client acquisition
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
A proactive, self-motivated approach
Experience within professional services, accountancy, payroll, financial services or SaaS would be advantageous
