This includes business valuations, intangible assets, and complex securities like share options and warrants. Key Responsibilities: Lead valuation projects from analysis to reporting Manage and mentor junior team members Support business development and client proposals Define project scopes and budgets Build internal and external networks Requirements: Strong valuation experience in a top-tier advisory firm Expertise in valuation methodologies and financial modelling Experience with PPA, IP, and complex securities valuations Team management experience Degree-qualified with CFA, ACA, CA, or ACCA (or working towards) Please apply asap if keen!
