A high profile US law firm client of ours is seeking an experienced Senior Tax Manager to join its finance team. This is a highly visable role with responsibility for managing a broad range of UK and international tax matters, working closely with senior finance leadership, external advisers and stakeholders across the business.
This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of tax compliance, reporting and advisory activities while helping to shape tax governance and best practice across a complex international organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Tax Compliance & Reporting
Lead the firm's partnership and corporate tax compliance processes, ensuring all returns are prepared and submitted accurately and on time.
Manage relationships with external tax advisers and coordinate tax filings across relevant jurisdictions.
Oversee partner tax reporting requirements, including profit allocations and associated tax disclosures.
Support tax accounting and reporting requirements arising from changes in accounting standards and regulations.
