Key Responsibilities as the Pricing Manager
- Lead and develop pricing proposals, rate negotiations and alternative fee arrangements (AFAs).
- Partner with senior stakeholders to provide commercial advice on new business opportunities and client engagements.
- Monitor matter and client profitability, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Support budgeting, matter scoping, resourcing and commercial decision-making.
- Work closely with Finance, Business Development and Operations teams to ensure pricing strategies are implemented effectively.
- Drive continuous improvement across pricing tools, processes and reporting.
About You
- Strong pricing, commercial finance or revenue management experience.
- Background within legal, professional services or another partnership environment preferred.
- Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills.
- Confident communicating with and influencing senior stakeholders.
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification desirable.
