A specialist insolvency and restructuring practice is looking to appoint a

Senior Insolvency Administrator to join its growing Manchester team.

This opportunity would suit an experienced insolvency professional looking for greater autonomy, responsibility, and the chance to work closely with Insolvency Practitioners on a varied portfolio of corporate insolvency assignments.

The Role

  • Manage a portfolio of

CVLs, MVLs, Administrations and Bankruptcies from cradle to grave .

  • Take responsibility for progressing cases from appointment through to closure.
  • Prepare and review statutory documentation, reports and correspondence.
  • Liaise directly with directors, creditors, solicitors, agents and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct investigations, asset realisations and distributions.
  • Support and mentor junior administrators where required.
  • Assist Insolvency Practitioners on complex and contentious appointments.

About You

  • Previous experience within a UK insolvency practice.
  • Proven ability to manage corporate insolvency cases independently from cradle to grave .
  • Strong technical knowledge of insolvency procedures and legislation.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Experience reviewing the work of junior team members is desirable.
  • CPI qualified or studying towards CPI would be advantageous.
