About the RoleOur client's Marketing and Business Development team plays a central role in maintaining its position as a leading firm in its field. Working with a wide range of internal stakeholders, the team delivers tailored client experiences and manages all areas of marketing, business development, and communications, including digital channels, CRM, pitches, events, and individual BD strategy support.This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive Marketing Administrator to join a high-performing team and make a genuine contribution to the day-to-day running of a busy marketing function. Reporting to the Senior Marketing and Communications Manager and supporting the Business Development Manager, you'll play a key supporting role across a broad range of marketing and BD activities.What You'll Be Doing
- Managing CRM activities including database administration, updating contact records and marketing lists, and coordinating the bi-monthly circulation of new contacts to Partners
- Capturing and maintaining accurate records of client and contact interactions within the firm's systems
- Supporting internal communications by keeping event calendars updated and contributing to internal reporting
- Scheduling webinar and podcast recordings
- Collating and formatting content for industry directories and award submissions, including work highlight spreadsheets and referee lists
- Providing administrative support around client entertainment, events, and gifts, including venue bookings and related logistics
- Maintaining marketing and BD content on the firm's intranet, and supporting the firmwide activity calendar
- Coordinating photography shoots and managing diary scheduling and room bookings for meetings, webinars, and events
- Taking notes and producing minutes at key meetings, and supporting the wider marketing function with general administrative matters
What We're Looking For
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including a solid grasp of grammar and a fluent writing style
- Proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite and experience working with database programmes
- High attention to detail with strong organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure when needed
- A self-motivated team player who enjoys working with a diverse range of people, can deliver to brief, and is confident building credibility and rapport with colleagues at all levels
