We're supporting a leading international professional services organisation in the search for an experienced Senior Pursuits & Proposals Manager to join on a 6-9 month contract.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting complex international pursuits, proposals and RFP responses across multiple jurisdictions, while also helping to enhance proposal capability, processes and tools across a global network.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll coordinate high-value, cross-border opportunities, drive best practice and contribute to the development of a strategic proposals function within a highly collaborative international environment.
Key Requirements
- Significant experience managing complex bids, pursuits, proposals and RFP responses
- Proven experience coordinating international or multi-jurisdictional opportunities
- Professional services experience is essential
- Experience gained within accountancy, legal, consulting or advisory firms is highly desirable
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior individuals across different countries and cultures
- Excellent proposal development, project management and organisational skills
- Experience improving bid processes, proposal frameworks, knowledge management resources or supporting proposal technology initiatives
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment managing multiple priorities simultaneously
