A highly regarded restructuring and insolvency practice is seeking an experienced Insolvency Administrator to join its London office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking to develop their career within a supportive and growing team.
The RoleYou will work on a varied portfolio of corporate insolvency cases and play an active role in managing appointments from cradle to grave (C2G).
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases from appointment through to closure.
- Working on CVLs, MVLs, Administrations, and other formal insolvency procedures.
- Preparing statutory documents, reports, and case correspondence.
- Liaising with directors, creditors, solicitors, and other stakeholders.
- Assisting with investigations, asset realisations, adjudication of claims, and distributions.
- Maintaining accurate case records and ensuring compliance with insolvency legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Supporting managers and directors on more complex assignments as required.
About You
- Previous experience within a UK insolvency practice.
- Strong exposure to CVLs, MVLs, and Administrations.
- Ability to manage cases with a high degree of autonomy.
- Cradle-to-grave (C2G) case management experience preferred.
- Strong organisational, communication, and report-writing skills.
- CPI, ACA, ACCA, or JIEB studies advantageous but not essential.
