A leading global law firm is seeking a Business Development Executive to join its London-based Marketing & Business Development team, supporting its Real Estate, Tax and Employment practices across the EMEA region.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious BD professional to gain broad exposure to strategic, client-facing and profile-raising activity while working closely with partners, senior stakeholders and colleagues across the global business.
The Role
The Business Development Executive will support the delivery of business development and marketing strategies, including:
- Developing bids, pitches, credentials, presentations and client-facing content
- Supporting business plans, campaigns, client development and profile-raising initiatives
- Coordinating events, directory submissions and award entries
- Managing and maintaining marketing materials and budgets, including ROI reporting
- Building strong relationships with partners, lawyers and internal stakeholders
- Collaborating with specialist teams across BD, bids, events, design, digital and marketing services
- Sharing best practice and contributing to wider EMEA and global initiatives
About You
The ideal candidate will be a graduate-calibre BD or marketing professional with:
- Experience in business development, marketing or communications, ideally within legal or professional services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Experience writing bids, pitches or sales-focused content is advantageous
- Strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- A proactive, collaborative and commercially minded approach
- Confidence to take ownership and build relationships with senior stakeholders
- A relevant professional qualification, such as CIM, is desirable
