The Opportunity
Our client is a fast-growing, technology-enabled accounting and advisory firm that works with innovative, high-growth businesses. Their approach combines exceptional client service with modern systems, streamlined processes and a strong commercial mindset.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking an Accounting Partner to join their leadership team and play a key role in driving client success, developing people and contributing to the firm's long-term growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
As an Accounting Partner, you will:
- Lead and grow an established portfolio of business clients.
- Act as a trusted adviser to founders, directors and senior stakeholders.
- Drive client retention, development and growth.
- Identify and deliver new business opportunities.
- Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team.
- Champion technology and process improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with specialist advisory colleagues to provide a comprehensive client offering.
About you
You will likely be:
- ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified.
- An existing Partner, Director or senior leader within an accountancy practice.
- Commercially minded with a proven track record of developing clients and generating revenue.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional client service.
- A strong people leader who enjoys developing teams.
- Enthusiastic about technology and the future of the profession.
