Key Responsibilities Depending on experience and grade, responsibilities may include: Assisting with the administration of insolvency appointments. Managing a portfolio of cases from appointment through to closure. Working on CVLs, MVLs, Administrations, CVAs and Compulsory Liquidations. Preparing statutory documentation and reports. Liaising with directors, creditors, solicitors and other stakeholders. Conducting investigations and asset realisation activities. Maintaining accurate case records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Supervising and mentoring junior team members.
