Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases from appointment through to closure. Administer a range of formal insolvency procedures, including liquidations, administrations and other corporate recovery assignments. Prepare statutory documentation, reports to creditors and case correspondence. Maintain accurate and compliant case files in line with regulatory requirements. Liaise effectively with directors, creditors, solicitors, accountants and other stakeholders. Assist with investigations, asset realisations and case progression.
