Due to continued growth, they are seeking an Accounting Partner to join their leadership team and play a key role in driving client success, developing people and contributing to the firm's long-term growth strategy. Key Responsibilities As an Accounting Partner, you will: Lead and grow an established portfolio of business clients. Act as a trusted adviser to founders, directors and senior stakeholders. Drive client retention, development and growth. Identify and deliver new business opportunities. Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team. Champion technology and process improvement initiatives. Work closely with specialist advisory colleagues to provide a comprehensive client offering. About you You will likely be: ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified. An existing Partner, Director or senior leader within an accountancy practice. Commercially minded with a proven track record of developing clients and generating revenue. Passionate about delivering exceptional client service.
