The day to day duties of the role will be programming, setting and operating CNC turners and ideally borers. This is a high skilled role with a lot of precision one-off work. You will be self-inspecting your own work.
Pay/Shifts/Perks:
- Monday - Thursday: 7.00AM - 2.30PM
- Overtime available: 2.30PM - 4.30PM
- Friday: 7.00AM - 2.30PM
- Saturday Overtime: 7.00AM - 11.00AM
What is required from you?
- Be able to work on days
- Be apprentice trained
- Overhead crane experience is preferable
- Be able to programme with Siemens and Fanuc controls
- Experience of heavy machining is essential
- Read engineering drawings
