Our client is a multi award winning engineering firm who have numerous projects. This company is expanding year on year and are winning new projects on a regular basis. You will be reporting to the Welding and Plating Foreman on site and your main responsibility will be MIG Welding structural steel.

Average hours are 45-50 per week. The basic is 40 hours per week. PAY RATE: £15.70 PER HOUR. Overtime at time and a half. Additional £15 paid for each 5 hours of overtime per week.

Academically you must be a time served Welder. Weld test consists of: Butt weld with stop/start in root run and Multi pass fillet weld on 100 x 100 box unit at 45 degrees. Welding experience within a structural steel background is essential.
