We are looking for an experienced Inspector who will thrive in this fast paced and challenging role.
Key Responsibilities
- All aspects of Inspecting Components to drawing requirements & specifications.
- Dimensional inspection of components using Hexagon CMM.
- CMM programming PCDMIS.
- Recording and communicating findings clearly.
- Control and monitor QMS procedures.
- Assist with Audits and maintaining ISO 9001:2015 QMS.
- Calibration of measuring equipment.
- First off, patrol and final inspection of machined components.
Qualifications and Experience
- CMM Programming and operating experience is essential.
- Read & Understand Engineering drawings.
- Time Served Engineer with Apprenticeship.
- Previous Machine Shop Inspection experience is essential.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent communicator.
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive package based upon their working experience and qualifications. Dependent upon Experience and Qualifications £38k to £40k. Holidays 34 days inc.
