Ambitek are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Heating Engineer to join a busy and growing team in Norwich. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Gas Engineer looking for strong earning potential, flexible working patterns, and long-term career progression.
The Role
- You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing domestic heating and hot water systems across a variety of properties, ensuring systems are safe, efficient, and fully operational while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Service, maintenance, and repair of domestic heating systems
- Deliver high standards of customer care to clients and tenants
- Complete job updates and paperwork electronically or manually
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures
- Manage stock ordering and parts requirements
- Participate in evening and weekend call‑out rota
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Heating Engineer / Gas Engineer
- Essential qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1
- Friendly and professional manner
- Full UK driving licence preferred
Flexible Working Patterns
- Mon‑Fri 8am‑5pm (40 hrs)
- 4‑day week 8am‑7pm (40 hrs) + up to £4,160 enhancement
- Mon‑Fri 8am‑5:30pm (42.5 hrs) + up to £2,749 enhancement
