Our client is a genuine market leader who can boast a global client base with an ever expanding order book. They have opened new sites around Greater Manchester due to an increase in orders and are going from strength to strength.
The day to day duties of the role are as a CNC miller you will be involved in editing programmes, setting and operating the milling machines with MAZAK or FANUC controls. It will require inspection of the components.
The role is on permanent nights: 22.00 - 06.00 Mon – Friday. Salary is dependent on experience and the client is willing to look at candidates on an individual basis so they can assess skill set to salary requirements. The firm can offer excellent training with different control systems and has an extensive benefits package.
What is required from you?
- Be available to work on permanent nights and available for overtime when required
- Be a time served CNC Miller
- Be apprentice trained in CNC Machining
- Have experience of 3, 4 and 5 axis milling ideally
- Able to read engineering drawings
