FCAW FLUX CORE WELDERS REQUIRED - NORTH WEST
Our client, a large established company based in Birkenhead, is currently looking for Time-Served FCAW (Flux Core) Welders for long-term, ongoing work.
***Digs payment available for workers travelling from over 40 miles from site***
Trade Test Required
- FCAW welding using flux core wire
- Vertical and overhead butt welds
- Welding using a ceramic backing strip
Requirements
- Time-served Welder
- Proven experience with FCAW / Flux Core welding
- Experience with vertical and overhead welding
- Shipyard experience preferred
- Relevant experience and qualifications required
- Must be able to successfully complete the required trade test
Pay Rates
- Basic: £21.51 per hour
- Overtime 1: £32.27 per hour (1.5x)
- Overtime 2: £43.02 per hour (2x)
