Our client, based in Trafford/ Stretford are looking to recruit an experienced FLT / Warehouse person. Candidates must have experience in a manufacturing / engineering environment. Duties: The Role of the Job: * Operating FLT counterbalance truck. * Unloading and loading vehicles using FLT. * Moving pallets around a very busy warehouse. * Working as a part of a team to ensure the line runs smoothly. * Quality checking the production process and the product. * Support fellow production line operatives and line leaders. * Ensure that hygiene and housekeeping standards are always kept. * Picking & packing of high value components. Requirements of the Individual: * Be able to work as part of a team as well as individually. * Possess good literacy and numeracy. Must be IT literate. * Strong communication skills. * Be a strong team player. * Must be used to computerised warehouse system * In date FLT counterbalance licence (RTITB or equivalent). Hours of Work: 07.30 – 15.30 or 08.30 – 16.30 with 1 hour for lunch. 37.5 hour per week. Permanent position.
