We are seeking a commercially aware, delivery-focused Health & Safety Manager to support our project teams across a portfolio of live retrofit and fit-out schemes. Reporting into the Group Head of Health & Safety, you will embed a positive safety culture through coaching and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the lead H&S representative across multiple live projects
  • Support project teams in maintaining compliance with UK H&S legislation
  • Coach and guide site teams to manage risk proactively
  • Conduct inspections, audits, and incident investigations
  • Develop and review risk assessments and construction phase plans
  • Collaborate with project and subcontractor teams to embed H&S culture
  • Provide reporting and insights to senior leadership
  • Drive continuous improvement across safety performance
Skills & Experience
  • Proven H&S Manager experience in fit-out or refurbishment
  • Strong knowledge of UK H&S legislation (CDM)
  • NEBOSH qualification essential; CMIOSH desirable
  • Experience within ISO-compliant systems
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Coaching-led approach with commercial awareness
