The Role

We are seeking Assistant Commercial Managers to support the successful commercial delivery of projects across London. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure across the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction through to final account.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the commercial management of projects
  • Assist with cost planning, budgets, and reporting
  • Support subcontractor procurement and package management
  • Assist with valuations, variations, and final accounts
  • Monitor commercial risk and contractual compliance
  • Work closely with project delivery teams
  • Prepare take-offs and support BOQ production
  • Maintain accurate commercial records and forecasting

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in a commercial / QS or assistant role within construction or fit-out
  • Understanding of standard contracts (e.g. JCT)
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proactive and organised approach
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar (desirable)
