The Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading multiple projects or large-scale programmes from initiation through to completion.

You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards while managing client relationships and supporting the development of project teams.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, clients, and delivery teams, you will play a pivotal role in driving project success and contributing to Ambit's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of complex projects.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.

  • Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues proactively.

  • Manage and mentor project managers and wider delivery teams.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Significant experience in a Senior Project Manager or Project Manager role.
  • Demonstrable success delivering complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and risk frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Strong commercial awareness and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Degree in Project Management, Business, Construction, Engineering, or a related discipline.
