We are seeking a commercially aware, delivery-focused Health & Safety Manager to support our project teams across a portfolio of live retrofit and fit-out schemes. Reporting into the Group Head of Health & Safety, you will embed a positive safety culture through coaching and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the lead H&S representative across multiple live projects
- Support project teams in maintaining compliance with UK H&S legislation
- Coach and guide site teams to manage risk proactively
- Conduct inspections, audits, and incident investigations
- Develop and review risk assessments and construction phase plans
- Collaborate with project and subcontractor teams to embed H&S culture
- Provide reporting and insights to senior leadership
- Drive continuous improvement across safety performance
- Proven H&S Manager experience in fit-out or refurbishment
- Strong knowledge of UK H&S legislation (CDM)
- NEBOSH qualification essential; CMIOSH desirable
