A Lead ERP Consultant is required by a cutting-edge ERP and AI solutions provider experiencing rapid growth, with turnover set to double in the next year. Established in 2015 and based in a stunning office in Scunthorpe (used monthly), the company offers full remote work with occasional office visits and is known for its dynamic team and groundbreaking solutions across Finance, ERP, and AI.
To be considered, you will need:
- Proven background delivering ERP implementation projects
- Strong knowledge of Finance and WMS modules
- Experience with inventory systems including stock, BOM, and racking
- Familiarity with accruals, debits, credits, and pallets
- Experience allocating projects and leading consultancy teams
You will receive full exposure to Cloud ERP and Made for Cloud WMS solutions and have the opportunity to consult on low-code AI platform, PowerBI, and Qlik - all part of the company's wider solution offerings. Day to day, you will act as the senior consultant overseeing a growing ERP team. You will lead ERP implementation projects, allocate work to consultants, participate in client kick-off meetings, and manage timelines and deliverables. As the business expands, your role will evolve to include people management, hiring, project oversight, and direct collaboration with the MD on key strategic initiatives.
