An Accounting Software Support Consultant (Pegasus Opera, Accounting Software, ERP, Sage, Xero) is required by a long-established, award-winning Pegasus Gold Partner, with a loyal and expanding Opera client base. You\’ll join a dynamic team of specialists delivering expert-level support to over 150 Opera customers, with a clear progression path and full training provided.
You will need:
- A solid understanding of accounting principles and processes.
- Experience with accounting software such as Pegasus Opera, Sage 50/200, Xero, QuickBooks, or similar.
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills with a client-centric mindset.
- Ability to deliver support via phone, remote tools, and occasionally on-site.
- Organised and detail-oriented approach with a willingness to learn.
This role is ideal if you\’re looking to cross-train into Pegasus Opera (full remote training and mentoring provided), or if you\’re already experienced in Opera and want to step into a more senior position with higher earning potential.
You\’ll be responsible for delivering top-tier application support, logging and resolving support queries, delivering remote consultancy and training, and assisting with product testing, documentation, and process enhancements. You\’ll also play a key role in client satisfaction, liaising with stakeholders and maintaining clear communication throughout support cycles.
