An ERP Account Manager (SAP Business One, CSM, Customer Success, Account Management, Remote) is required by a specialist SAP Business One partner operating entirely remotely with a collaborative, close-knit team and a support centre in Newcastle. With around 70 clients across the UK, they deliver real business value through SAP Business One and associated solutions.
You will need the following experience:
- Proven background in ERP account management, ideally with SAP Business One or similar systems.
- Strong consultative approach to customer success and business value delivery.
- Track record of identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within an existing client base.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel to client sites when required.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a fully remote role with comprehensive support and structured onboarding.
