Full training in Business Central for an experienced accounting software support consultant.

This small MS Dynamics reseller is looking for a new support consultant to join a team of 4 to work on application support for Business Central.

What is the job?

You will be dealing with clients supporting accounting, distribution, and CRM software.

You will take the initial call and hopefully be able to fix the issue quickly; however, it might need further investigation that could take a day or two to resolve.

You will need to understand credits, debits, general ledger, and be comfortable discussing trial balances and nominal codes with accounting professionals.

They will put you on the Business Central training, which is all remote, and you will complete the certifications.

This job is fully remote, and you will be working from home every day, so a track record of home working and enjoying it is vital.
