This is a chance to run an ERP support team has a man manager for an ERP vendor.
Ideally you will be a support manager for another ERP vendor like

OrderwiseOr other ERP solution
You will need a strong background in application support, managing team, managing the \”queue\” across first second and third line support.
You will get involved in:
Appraisals
Interviews
Training schedules
Roster management
Customer meetings
Negotiating SLA\’s
And this role reports to the operations director.
The team functions well and is happy, there is very limited staff turnover, this is a new role to take the weight of responsibility from the Operations director.
