Job Description

ERP Support Manager (ERP, Application Support, Stock Management) – Join a growing ERP software leader with clear progression routes and hybrid working!

This is a chance to run a an ERP support team has a man manager.

You will need a strong background in application support, managing team, managing the "queue" across first second and third line support.

A background in ERP is ideal, especially around Distribution, stock and warehousing but

Good application support management would be considered.

You will get involved in:

Appraisal

Interviewing

Training schedules

Roster management

And this role reports to the operations director.

The team functions well and is happy, there is very limited staff turnover, this is a new role to take the weight of responsibility from the Operations director.
