With 40+ staff and a solid client base, they deliver Tier 2 ERP to SME clients and work in partnership with a sister company that sells Mid market ERP solutions. This is a hybrid role with just 3 days per month in their Hucknall office.

- ERP Project Management experience including requirements, training, and go-live
- A consulting background, preferably with an ERP vendor or reseller
- Delivery of at least 3 full ERP Projects simultaneously
- Proven ability to manage client expectations and project teams

You will begin by managing smaller ERP projects and transition to large-scale Tier 2 implementations worth up to £1M. You will handle 10 projects on average, with autonomy over your schedule. The work involves managing resources, clients, and ERP consultants, handling the inevitable push and pull of ERP project delivery.
Your day-to-day will include coordinating multi-functional project teams, resolving client issues, delivering project milestones, and balancing priorities across concurrent ERP rollouts. These projects often span complex finance environments, including multi-company, multi-currency, and multi-country setups. You will be supported by a close-knit team of 3 Project Managers and report to an experienced Professional Services Manager.
