Lead a high-performing, collaborative team at a top Microsoft Partner! A Business Central Development Team Lead is required by a leading Microsoft Solutions Partner. The role is 80% hands-on BC development in a thriving Professional Services team delivering cutting-edge Microsoft Dynamics and Business Central solutions.

This is a high-impact, senior role where you'll lead and mentor a team of developers and play a key role in shaping technical strategy, governance, and delivery across Business Central projects.

You will need:

  • Strong hands-on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Team leadership, mentoring, and man-management experience
  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, and SSRS
  • Experience using git-based source control tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub)
  • Proven track record in delivering customisations and multi-tenant solutions in BC
