Business Central Development Team Lead (Business Central, Dynamics 365, BC, NAV, Microsoft Partner) – Lead a high-performing, collaborative team at a top Microsoft Partner. The role is 80% hands-on BC development within a thriving Professional Services team delivering Microsoft Dynamics and Business Central solutions. This is a high-impact, senior role where you will lead and mentor a team of developers and shape technical strategy, governance, and delivery across Business Central projects.
You will need:
- Strong hands-on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Team leadership, mentoring, and man-management experience
- Excellent understanding of Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, and SSRS
- Experience using git-based source control tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub)
- Proven track record in delivering customisations and multi-tenant solutions in BC
