Senior Sales Negotiator – Holmfirth – Up to £30,000 basic DOE + bonuses

  • Working 2 in 4 Saturday’s, 10am – 4pm – Full lieu day given

What you will be doing

  • As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will need to have a positive approach to handling a wide variety of enquiries, which makes this a very interesting and rewarding working environment
  • You will play a pivotal role in selling, negotiating properties across North Manchester
  • Your responsibilities will include booking viewings, valuations, mortgage appointments, and sales progression duties
  • Providing the highest level of customer service to all clients
  • To excel in this role, you’ll need to be confident in speaking with a variety of property owners and understanding of the residential property market

  • Driving licence, pool car available
