Senior Property Investment Consultant – South Manchester – Up to £40,000 basic DOE OTE £100,000 +
Founded in 2020, this property investment consultancy are going from strength to strength and as such are now looking to hire a Property Investment Consultant.
The firm serve a wide array of clients, from first time investors to seasoned professionals, all of whom are looking for a tailored solution to understanding and investing in UK Property.
The team’s passion for design, technology and attention to detail are reflected in their approach to property investment.
What’s in it for you
- Annual salary up to ÂŁ40,000 DOE
- Excellent Commission structure with OTE of ÂŁ100k
- Monday to Friday, 10am – 5.30pm
- Hybrid working – 2/3 days working from home

What you’ll be doing
- Building relationships with investors
- Progressing and closing sales
- Securing clients the right investment property for their needs
- Qualifying clients, educating them on the property markets
- Building strong relationships with clients
- Generating new investors
What you will have
- Working for a property investment firm
- A proven track record of success in a sales environment with a great sales flair and customer focus
- Strong resilience with the ability to handle rejections
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, over the phone/email and face to face
