The firm serve a wide array of clients, from first time investors to seasoned professionals, all of whom are looking for a tailored solution to understanding and investing in UK Property. What’s in it for you Annual salary up to £40,000 DOE Excellent Commission structure with OTE of £100k Monday to Friday, 10am – 5.30pm Hybrid working – 2/3 days working from home Exciting career progression Generous Holiday allowance What you’ll be doing Building relationships with investors Progressing and closing sales Securing clients the right investment property for their needs Qualifying clients, educating them on the property markets Building strong relationships with clients Generating new investors What you will have Working for a property investment firm A proven track record of success in a sales environment with a great sales flair and customer focus Strong resilience with the ability to handle rejections Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, over the phone/email and face to face Highly target driven with the ability to produce results
