Over the past 20 years, this well established, independent property firm have provided a full estate agency property service across the Leeds and Yorkshire area. They have a team of experts in sales, lettings, and property management, which are continuing to expand, and as such, they’re looking for a Senior Lettings Manager to grow, develop and make a real impact within the company.
What’s in it for you:
- Annual basic salary of up to £40,000 DOE
- Car allowance of £3,000
- Commissions on new lets agreed - year 1
- Profit share on lettings income - year 2
- Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm

- Progress into Lettings Director within 12 months
What you’ll be doing:
- Generating and conducting lettings appraisals and listings
- Winning and gaining new instructions on properties to let
- Increase portfolio through business development strategies
- Local market knowledge and networking
- Maximising branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
- Managing office and team members to maintain excellent customer service standards
What you’ll have:
- Experience in lettings and target focused mindset
- Experience of growing portfolios and building landlord network
- Good knowledge and understanding of the lettings industry and current legislation changes
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
