Excellent basic salary depending on experience OTE up to £50k

You will play a pivotal role in valuing and listing, premium properties in Kendal and across the Lake District
Your responsibilities will include booking viewings, valuations, mortgage appointments
Carry out the full valuation and listing process
Providing the highest level of customer service to all clients
To excel in this role, you’ll need to be confident in speaking with premium property owners and understanding of the residential property market in the Lake District

Experienced Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer
Currently valuing and listing properties
Ability to communicate with high profile clients and meet their high expectations
Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
