Sales Valuer – Tarporley – £35,000 basic DOE + car allowance + commissions OTE £60k

You’ll be selling, valuing and listing prestigious, premium properties for a highly regarded independent agent.
You’ll be provided guidance and training for the role to ensure you are successful and therefore have a strong career ahead of you.

What’s in it for you
- Annual salary of ÂŁ35,000 DOE
- Excellent personal commission structure
- Company bonus of ÂŁ8k per year
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
- 28 days annual leave + birthday off
- Closed over Christmas so additional 3/4 days annual leave
- Sell high end multi-million pounds properties in Cheshire property market
What you’ll be doing
- Listing premium properties across Cheshire property market
- Liaising with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, financial advisors, and other estate agents
- Booking viewings, valuations, negotiating, dealing with enquiries and providing excellent customer service
- Upsell some of the recommended financial services/solicitors
What you will have
- Previous property sales experience working within estate agency
- Confident Sales Valuer working in the Cheshire property market
- Excellent telephone manner and ability to work in the high end property market
- Be organised and process driven with the ability to multi-task
- Strong communication and customer service skills
