This position is for an award-winning, professional team of conveyancing solicitors and legal experts. They have been leading solicitors across Cheshire and are now looking to add an experienced conveyancer to their 120 strong legal team.

As a Fee Earning Conveyancer, you will have a mixed caseload of Freeholds and Leaseholds, managing on a day-to-day basis a caseload which includes all aspects of the conveyancing transaction from instruction to completion, registration and closure of the file. You will be responsible for drafting legal documents including Standard Precedent Letters, Contract Packs, Title Reports, Exchange and Completion letters, general correspondence, and Land Registry and HMRC forms. You will also apply for searches to include Land Registry and Pre-Completion and complete SDLT forms. Competence with company sales and purchases is required, and some commercial experience is an advantage. You should be able to deal with shared ownership sales and purchases, new builds, transfer of equity, adverse possession, transfer of part and remortgages without supervision.
