• Annual salary £30,000 to £40,000 DOE
• Uncapped bonus
• 5 day working week, working no more than 37.5 hours per week
• Core hours are 9am – 5:30pm, however the office is open, 8am – 7pm Mon – Fri, 9:30am-4:30pm on Sat, and 10am-3:30pm on Sunday so will be working on a rota
• 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays

As a Property Lawyer, you have a mixed caseload of Freeholds and Leaseholds. Managing on a day to day basis a caseload which includes all aspects of the conveyancing transaction from instruction to completion, registration and closure of the file. Drafting legal documents including Standard Precedent Letters, Contract Packs, Title Reports, Exchange and Completion letters, general correspondence, and Land Registry and HMRC forms. Applying for searches to include Land Registry and Pre-Completion. Complete SDLT forms.

• Previous experience in managing a conveyancing caseload
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of Residential Conveyancing
• Knowledge of Case Management Systems and Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
