What’s in it for you:- Annual salary £30,000 to £40,000 DOE
- Uncapped bonus
- 5 day working week, working no more than 37.5 hours per week
- Core hours are 9am – 5:30pm, however the office is open, 8am – 7pm Mon – Fri, 9:30am-4:30pm on Sat, and 10am-3:30pm on Sunday so will be working on a rota
- 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Additional day accrued for every year of service, capping at 25 days

- As a Property Lawyer, you have a mixed caseload of Freeholds and Leaseholds
- Managing on a day to day basis a caseload which includes all aspects of the conveyancing transaction from instruction to completion, registration and closure of the file
- Drafting legal documents including Standard Precedent Letters, Contract Packs, Title Reports, Exchange and Completion letters, general correspondence, and Land Registry and HMRC forms
- Applying for searches to include Land Registry and Pre-Completion
- Complete SDLT forms
- Previous experience in managing a conveyancing caseload
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of Residential Conveyancing
- Knowledge of Case Management Systems and Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
