What’s in it for you:
  • Annual salary £30,000 to £40,000 DOE
  • Uncapped bonus
  • 5 day working week, working no more than 37.5 hours per week
  • Core hours are 9am – 5:30pm, however the office is open, 8am – 7pm Mon – Fri, 9:30am-4:30pm on Sat, and 10am-3:30pm on Sunday so will be working on a rota
  • 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Additional day accrued for every year of service, capping at 25 days

What you’ll be doing:
  • As a Property Lawyer, you have a mixed caseload of Freeholds and Leaseholds
  • Managing on a day-to-day basis a caseload which includes all aspects of the conveyancing transaction from instruction to completion, registration and closure of the file
  • Drafting legal documents including Standard Precedent Letters, Contract Packs, Title Reports, Exchange and Completion letters, general correspondence, and Land Registry and HMRC forms
  • Applying for searches to include Land Registry and Pre-Completion
  • Complete SDLT forms
What you will have:
  • Previous experience in managing a conveyancing caseload
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of Residential Conveyancing
  • Knowledge of Case Management Systems and Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
